What’s the difference between Full Valet and Deep Cleanse?

• Full Valet (from £110): TFR pre-wash, snow foam, safe hand wash, short-term sealant, full interior vacuum/shampoo, glass, wheels. • Deep Cleanse (from £240): Adds chemical decontamination (tar/iron), clay bar, hand polish, longer-lasting sealant, and meticulous interior tooling (steam/wet-vac, swabs).

Do you clean engine bays?

Yes—engine bay cleaning is part of Deep Cleanse. We avoid soaking sensitive components and only proceed with your consent.

No, not routinely. We use steam, air, swabs, and extraction tools to reach tight areas without removing seats. If removal is essential, we’ll discuss scope, cost, and liability first.

Can you guarantee stain or odour removal?

We guarantee best-practice methods; however, some stains (dyes, paint, bodily fluids) and embedded odours (smoke, pet accidents) may be permanent. We offer deodorising bomb (£25) and fabric protection as add-ons.

How long does a service take?

Are your prices fixed?

Do you take a deposit?

Yes, a 20% deposit secures your slot. It’s deducted from your final bill.

What is your cancellation policy?

>24 hours’ notice: deposit transferable to a new date. <24 hours / no-show: deposit may be retained to cover lost time.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove personal items and valuables, empty door pockets/boot, and unclip child seats (we don’t refit or re-torque child-seat fixings).

Is power/water required?

At the garage—no. For mobile visits, we can work self-sufficiently or use a standard outdoor socket/tap if agreed in advance.

How long until seats are dry?

Most interiors are touch-dry on completion. Heavier extraction areas may need 2–4 hours to fully dry; leave windows slightly open if safe.

Will cleaning make leather shiny?

No—clean leather is matte. Shine typically indicates residual oils/contamination; we clean then condition to a natural finish.

Yes—public liability and goods-in-custody cover in place.

What about older/fragile trims?

Aged plastics, oxidised rubber, and previous damage can be delicate. We’ll flag risks in advance and proceed with the gentlest effective method.
