How ozone treatment works
Ozone treatment works by circulating ozone through the cabin. The ozone reacts with odour molecules and helps oxidise them, reducing smells caused by smoke, milk spills, damp and organic contamination.

Best for heavily contaminated interiors where the smell may be trapped inside fabrics, seats, carpets, mats, boot lining and the headliner.
Things to know before booking
The car will need to be ventilated after ozone treatment. A light ozone scent may remain briefly after the service, but this usually clears with ventilation.
This option is more expensive because it includes the full interior steam, shampoo and extraction process before the ozone treatment.

How chlorine dioxide treatment works
A chlorine dioxide treatment is placed inside the vehicle in a specialist container. The vehicle must then remain fully closed and sealed for 24 hours so the gas can circulate and neutralise odours inside the cabin, fabrics and air system.
Important 24-hour rule
No one can enter the vehicle, open the doors, open the windows or disturb the treatment during the 24-hour period. If the car is opened too early, the treatment may fail or become much less effective.

Best for customers who want strong odour neutralisation at a lower price and are happy for the vehicle to stay sealed and unused for 24 hours.
The car cannot be used for 24 hours. The vehicle must stay fully sealed during treatment. A treatment scent may remain for 2–3 days afterwards.
