Every coatingA coating is only as good as what happens before it. All of this comes as standard.
Nothing goes on dirty paint
Snow foam, two-bucket hand wash, wheels, arches and shuts. Anything left on the paint gets sealed under the coating for years, so this part isn’t rushed.
Chemical decon & clay bar
Tar and iron fallout dissolved, then the bonded grit clayed off until the paint is glass-smooth. A coating can only key to clean paint.
Applied panel by panel
Laid down in sections and levelled by hand before it flashes, so there are no high spots or streaks left in the finish.
Glaco on the glass
Included with every coating. Above about 40mph the rain clears itself and you barely need the wipers.

Polish the swirls out first
A coating locks in whatever is underneath it. Swirled paint stays swirled for the life of the coating — this is the one add-on worth thinking hard about.

Preparation
IncludedSnow Foam & Two-Bucket Hand Wash
Foam dwells to soften traffic film, then a hand wash with grit guards and clean mitts. Whatever is on the paint when we coat it is there for years, so the wash is done properly first.
Wheels, Tyres & Arches
Deep cleaned and dressed before we start, so brake dust isn’t flicked back onto freshly coated paint.
Chemical Decontamination
Tar and iron fallout dissolved off the paint. These are the contaminants that sit in the surface rather than on it, and they’ll stop a coating bonding evenly.
Clay Bar Treatment
Lifts what the chemicals leave behind — the bonded grit you can feel with your fingertips. The paint ends up glass-smooth, which is the surface a coating needs to key to.
Panel Wipe
Every panel wiped down to strip any oils and polishing residue immediately before coating, so nothing sits between the paint and the ceramic.
The coating
IncludedCeramic Coating on All Paintwork
Applied section by section and levelled by hand before it flashes off, which is what prevents high spots and streaking. Once cured, water sheets off instead of sitting on the panel, dirt struggles to bond, and washing gets much easier.
Choose 1, 3 or 7 years — the longer coatings are harder, thicker and more chemical resistant.
Glaco Hydrophobic Glass Coating
Included with every coating. Above roughly 40mph the rain clears itself and you barely need the wipers — most obvious on a motorway in heavy rain at night. Lasts around a year and can be topped up on any visit.
Curing & Aftercare
The coating is touch dry before we leave but keeps hardening for about a week. Leave it unwashed for 7 days and keep it out of the rain for the first 12 hours if you can.
After that: no automatic car washes, no harsh detergents. A safe hand wash is all it needs — which is exactly what the Maintenance Plan is for.
Add-ons

A 1-stage machine polish across all paintwork before the coating goes on. Removes swirl marks, light scratches and water marks, so the coating locks in a corrected finish rather than sealing in the damage.
Worth knowing: this is the difference between paint that looks protected and paint that looks new. On a dark car in sunlight it’s the single biggest change we can make.

Engine Bay Detail+£30
Careful degreasing and detailing under the bonnet — built-up grime, grease and road dirt removed, plastics and hoses left clean and dressed. Same price for every vehicle size.
