What do you do?
We provide professional car valeting and interior deep-cleaning, specialising in stain removal, steam cleaning, wet-vac extraction, leather care, and full interior protection.

Where do you operate?
We’re a fully mobile service covering Cheshire, Merseyside, Flintshire and surrounding areas.

Do you work in bad weather?
Yes—garage jobs go ahead in all weather. Mobile appointments may be rescheduled if there’s heavy rain or strong winds.

What’s included in an Interior Deep Clean (from £60)?

  • Full vacuum (seats, carpets, mats, boot)

  • Shampoo + wet-vac extraction for fabrics

  • Leather cleaned & moisturised (if applicable)

  • Dashboard & plastics cleaned + dressed

  • Glass polished

Do you clean engine bays?
Yes, as part of Deep Cleanse (by consent only).

Do you remove seats?
Not routinely—we reach tight spots using steam, air, and extraction. Seat removal is only considered if essential and agreed with you.

Can you guarantee stain/odour removal?
We use best-practice methods, but some stains/odours may be permanent. Optional extras include a deodorising spray bomb (£15) and fabric protection.

Pricing, Surcharges & Timing

How long does a service take?

Are your prices fixed?
Prices start “from” and vary by vehicle size/condition. Heavily soiled interiors or biohazards may incur a surcharge (quoted upfront).

Pet hair surcharge?
Included in the Interior deep clean package; however, if you require extreme pet hair removal, an additional surcharge may be applied.

Do you offer extras?
Yes: deodorising bomb (£15), roof lining clean (£10), extreme pet hair/sand removal (quote), fabric/ceramic protection.

Preparation & Aftercare

What should I do before my appointment?
Remove valuables, empty pockets/boot, unclip child seats.

Is power/water required?
We’re self-sufficient but can use a standard socket/tap if agreed.

How long until seats are dry?
Usually touch-dry after cleaning; heavy extraction may need 2–4 hrs.

Will leather be shiny?
No—clean leather has a natural matte finish.

Safety, Liability & Environment

Are you insured?
Yes—public liability and goods-in-custody insurance in place.

What about fragile trims?
We highlight risks and use the gentlest methods suitable.
